Oxford Prestige College’s Youth Excellence Group proudly organised UK Talent Fusion 2023, a nationwide talent show led entirely by 14- to 16-year-old students in collaboration with One Art One World. This is the first event of its kind, showcasing not only artistic talent but also the extraordinary leadership and organisational abilities of our young team.

Despite demanding academic timetables and ongoing GCSE preparation, our students dedicated countless hours to planning, coordinating, and executing this large-scale event. Their relentless commitment, creativity and teamwork have set a new benchmark for youth-led initiatives.

A heartfelt thank you to Rajeshwari Thammineni, Founder of One Art One World, whose mentorship, guidance and continuous support were the backbone of this project. She trained, supported and inspired our young team from the planning stage right through to the successful completion of the show.

We also extend our gratitude to the Mayor of Bromley Mike Botting for gracing the event with his presence. His encouragement, recognition of participants, and support for the young organisers added immense value and motivation, making the evening even more memorable.

This event also marked our participation in The Lord Mayor’s City Giving Day, helping raise awareness and support for meaningful charitable causes—showing that our young leaders are committed not just to excellence, but also to community impact.
