Structure
To be awarded the Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care, learners must successfully achieve unit assessments for a range of mandatory and optional units.

Unit 2 – Personal development in health, social care or children’s and young people’s settings
Unit 3 – Equality and diversity in adult care settings
Unit 4 – Facilitate person-centred assessment
Unit 5 – Health and safety in care settings

How the course is delivered
This Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is delivered via blended learning. Learners get full access to a secure Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) with digital learning materials, case studies, activities, presentations, and recommended reading.
Tutors provide continuous guidance and feedback through video sessions, emails, or classroom sessions. Assessments can be submitted online and face-to-face tutor support is available through video conferencing or in-person appointments.
